Steven is the Founder and CEO of Global Performance Solutions (GPS), a performance management company that serves small businesses, asset, wealth, investment, and institutional professionals, as well as C-suite executives and teams.

Prior to starting GPS, Steven was a Vice President, Senior Business Strategist, and Head of the U.S. Business Strategy team within Goldman Sachs’ Asset and Wealth Management Division. In this role, he developed and delivered tailored practice management education, training, consulting, and executive coaching programs across the Institutional, Bank, Independent Advisor, RIA, Wirehouse, and Platform Distribution channels.

Over the past 15 years, Steven has worked with Goldman Sachs’ top-tier clients across the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe. He also worked closely with numerous Goldman Sachs partners, managing directors, and sales professionals as their Executive Coach.

Steven joined Goldman Sachs from UBS Wealth Management, where he served as a Market Area Sales Manager and Business Development Master Coach. He was instrumental in the design, delivery, and consistency of coaching programs for top UBS Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, Branch Managers, and Senior Executives.

His core areas of focus included building high-performing teams, business planning, goal setting and implementation, client acquisition, organic growth and retention strategies, driving execution and accountability, and effective leadership.

Earlier in his career, Steven led Morgan Stanley's strategic initiatives in the high-net-worth space and served as National Sales Director in the Financial Planning Department. He also spent 10 years as a Senior Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise).

Steven graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation, and is certified in Executive Coaching by the Center for Executive Coaching.
